iPod Touch 5th Generation Teardown

Since iPod doesn't get a number behind it just like iPhone, or doesn't get a year behind it just like the iPad 2012, therefore it is very difficult to keep track of which is which. Some people did keep track of it, example iFixIt, they know which generation is it. But I just don't care, just pop open the thing already.

Oh, before we start, just some geek stuffs:
  • 4-inch (diagonal) widescreen Retina display with Multi-Touch IPS technology
  • 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi (802.11n 2.4GHz and 5GHz) + Bluetooth 4.0
  • 5-megapixel iSight camera with LED flash and a ƒ/2.4 aperture + FaceTime 1.2 MP HD camera capable of capturing HD video (720p) up to 30 fps
  • New iPod touch loop
  • Three-axis gyro + Accelerometer
  • 32 GB or 64 GB storage capacity

And more geeky stuffs after the teardown:
  • A5 Processor
  • Hynix H9TKNNN4KDBRCR 512 MB RAM
  • Toshiba THGBX2G8D4JLA01 32 GB NAND flash
  • Apple 3381064 dialog power management IC
  • Murata 339S0171 Wi-Fi module
  • Broadcom BCM 5976 touchscreen controller
  • Apple 33831116
  • STMicroelectronics AGD32229ESGEK low-power, three-axis gyroscope
  • Texas Instruments 27AZ5R1 touchscreen SoC

Okay, now is the teardown:
