This should works for PDF and any document that uploaded or created in Google docs.
I posted this so that I can find this blogging tips easily next time when I want to embed another PDF or Google docs in my blog.
1. Make sure you are using "Edit HTML" mode when adding the code below (Otherwise, it will try to load the document in "Compose" mode as soon as you paste the code).

2. Open the PDF or google documents at docs.google.com, copy the documents ID from the URL and replace with the ID in the code above (bold and purple font). It should be a bunch of numbers and letters starting at srcid= and ending with =en. Or between srcid= and double quote.
3. Adjust the height and width of the PDF or document you want to display in your blog. It can be in percentage or pixel. The example showed here is in percentage.

4. Hit "PREVIEW" button to preview it to make sure it is in the size that you want. If not, go back to step 3 to edit the height and width.

Blogger has new look
I hope I am not too outdated to write this. :P
Blogger has new look now. Using the same old interface for a few years already, suddenly need to change. But luckily it all just make it look nicer, so that it don't looks like dinosaur age blogging platform. But did Google improve the performance?
Anyway, why with the cosmetic change? I think it is because other blogging platform are catching up with blogger. So Google has to do something about it.
I am writing a new post regarding printing large image to multiple pages, still work in progress. Note the "Publish", "Save", "Preview" are on top right, not below the writing box anymore. Also a "close" button(?), wonder what it does, close without save?
Other settings for each post moved to right side of the writing box.
You can see how many comments and pageview for each post. Others settings like Layout, Settings, etc are at left side of the page.
I start to like this new interface, will continue use this for another few days. However if you don't like it, you still able to to switch back to the old interface, at right top of above picture.
Again, I hope Google improve the performance and stability of blogger as well. There was some outage over the years. Another thing we can do is to speed up the loading time, like what I did in this post.

Blogger Stats
Couple of months ago, I still using some counter websites to track who/where/how my audience that come to this Outdated Penang Uncle blog. So I have to sign up for the service (yes, a lot of them are free), add the widget and after a while login to find out the statistic. For past few months, blogger added the page view tracking for all the blogspot, so even though I still have the counter at my blog, usually I just look at the "Stats" to find out my audience.
To access it: login blogger, Dashboard, Stats of the blog (if you have more than 1 blog).
"Posts" can tell us which post has highest click. "Traffic Sources" tell us where do the traffic come from, either google or twitter or your friend's blog/web, etc. The "Audience" can tell us from which country and what OS/browsers the audience using.
Here is the print screen of the Outdated Penang Uncle's Stats. For last month, the most traffic are from US and Malaysia. And IE still have most popular browsers (actually all time showed FireFox is the most browsers used), and Windows is the OS most people use.

You might also like widget
You might have noticed that recently I have added a new widget on this blog. It is called "You might also like" widget.
This could to increase the clicks on your blog(s) because some readers could be interested on other topics showed there.
To get this widget, just go to http://www.linkwithin.com/learn and fill in the required information in there and it will give you the widget. It can even link to your blogger account and add it in to your blog. What you need to do is to move it under the blog post box. The steps are showed when you click the "get widget!" button.
Go ahead, try it. :) It makes your blog(s) have a more sophisticated feel. :)

How to post blog post in later date and time in Blogger
1. Sign into your blogger account, usually it will take you to dashboard.
2. Click "New post" and start writing your blog post as usual.
3. Remember to click "Save Now" from time to time to avoid your post lose in nowhere because internet connection or pc/laptop/mac/phone problem.
4. Before press "Publish Post" button, click on "Post Options" on the bottom left of the box where you compose the post.
5. Change the date and time on the boxes below "Post date and time" to the date/time that you want this post to be publish. (You can also choose to allow reader comments or not).
6. After you finish set the date and time, click "Publish Post".
7. Then it will go to the list of blog post, the post that you write just now will have "scheduled" word next to it indicating it haven't being publish yet.

How To Put Picture Side by Side in Blogspot or Blogger?
Hi blogger out there, sometime we have pictures or photos to insert into our blog posting, however you should noticed that the pictures or photos cannot be placed side by side, and I did try to changed the setting during uploading the pictures to blogger, but it didn't help at all! After some googling, I found out that the option to place pictures side by side is not available in control panel for unknown reason. The easy part is to do HTML coding. 'HUH? how am I going to do that?!' you might have this thought, don't worry, this is very easy. For those already have experience with HTML, this is piece of cake! You can either use free image hosting site or upload the picture first to blogger and then make the HTML code changes, your choice.
Okay, lets go do it!
Method one - host your image from image hosting site
Step 1
Go to your blogger dashboard and create post, usually it will automatically in Compose mode. Click on HTML tab to see in HTML mode, it is because the Compose tab. It is at the right hand side, just above the tool section.
Step 2
Copy and paste the following code into the HTML tab:
Replace the "insert your picture/photo link here" here with your own link.
Example:
Step 3
Now you can check the images by clicking on the Compose tab. Or use the Preview link, which is just below the Compose tab.
Method two - host your image from blogger/blogspot
Step 1
Same as Method one stated above, but instead of uploading the photo to image hosting site, upload the photos/pictures to blogger first. Go to HTML tab, you will find some code looks like below:
Step 2
Copy the link right after the first "href="" until the next """ and put it into the table that I showed in Method 1.
Note:
1. It is always good to insert the pictures/photos first and then write your blog post, because it can be very tricky to look at the HTML code once you have start writing it.
2. It can be quite confusing, especially if you are not familiar with HTML, and errors can make the whole post unreadable, so please help yourself by start with inserting photos/pictures first and then compose the post.
3. A few time of trying definitely will get yourself more familiar.
Finally, publish your post!
